I have sold a property at Lot C-2 127 Crescent Drive in New Minas.
This lot will sub-divided at the seller’s expense. The dimensions will be approximately 80.1 ft x 81 ft. An update to the New Minas Land use by-law Map 9 changed the zoning of 127 Crescent Drive from R2 to C3 which is Mixed Commercial & Residential, which would also allow some commercial use (to be verified by the Buyer). The lot can allow the construction of approximately a 70' * 40' building which can comprise of a single family detached unit, Duplex, or a semi-detached dwelling. And based on the new by-law amendments, it may even allow for a triplex or 4-plex with approval from the Municipality of the County of Kings.
